I love that this series focuses on older characters! I adore Alastar and Alyna's romance and would love to see more of that than what fit in the books, especially from Alyna's point of view. What did she think when Alastar first came to Imageisle? What did she fall in love with? Does she talk to her friends about him?
For individual characters:
- I'd love to see Alastar's backstory more explored -- his experience coming to Westisle or learning to interact with wealthier people or some time when the wide class divide between him and Alyna cause stress to their relationship.
- For Alyna, I also want backstory and her experience adjusting to the Collegium after coming from a High Holding and her evolving relationship with her family, including her niece.
- For Dichartyn, I also would be thrilled to have backstory -- how did he end up where he did with the opinions he did? What are his relationships with Poincaryt and Dyana like and how did they develop? How did he meet his wife? Also, his POV on Rhenn at any point in those books.

What was their first time like? How did it even happen/how did they overcome Gideon's established lifetime of repression? Or post-canon Gideon and Zeb exploring their relationship with better communication established. Does Gideon end up with PTSD from the horrible house party? Does Zeb? How do they negotiate the persistent challenges of living together (take 2) and working together (also take 2, admittedly in a less toxic way)? How does their relationship survive the period where Gideon, who seems like someone who puts a lot of his self-worth on being The Compentent One Who Helps, is forced to depend on Zeb for financial/practical support?

Horses at night

If my characters have made camp in a wood for the night while travelling on horseback, what will the horses be doing?

I was sort of picturing them standing dozing together under a tree somewhere nearby -- possibly tied, possibly hobbled, possibly just being a herd together -- but poking around on the Internet suggests that if not shut up in a stable horses are actually quite active by night. (Which messes with the story, as quite apart from anything else nobody is going to be able to hear anything while keeping watch if the horses are busy foraging around!)

I have a headcanon that Te'ijal Ravenfoot is a psychopath. I would love a story that explored this concept further, delving into how Te'ijal's psychopathy would affect/recontextualize both her interactions with her colleagues and her actions throughout the Aveyond games. Furthermore, content that supplements those already in the Aveyond games, such as extra conversations or scenes, would also be welcome.
DNW: Unrequested kinks, mundane/setting change AUs, Te'ijal being "cured" of her psychopathy (i.e. being made neurotypical), Te’ijal character bashing*, neurodivergence being used to excuse bad behavior**.
*Given the stigma surrounding psychopathy, I understand if there is any confusion over this specific DNW. Let me make this clear: psychopaths are still people; having little or no empathy or emotional intelligence does not make one categorically evil or dangerous. For the purposes of this prompt, Te’ijal should be a person with both rights and accountability.
**Using neurodivergence to excuse bad behavior sounds something like this: “She can’t take responsibility for her actions because she can’t control herself/she doesn’t know what she’s doing/her brain isn’t wired correctly/etc.”
On a related note, I am fine with the inclusion of sanist language, bigotry, and/or violence as long as it is not presented as ethically/morally correct by the story itself. Keep in mind that hostility towards a neurodivergent offender in retaliation to the offender perpetrating antisocial behavior, such as inflicting harm upon or violating the rights of others, is not necessarily sanism.
On another related note, I am also fine with Te'ijal receiving treatment for her psychopathy as long as it does not fall into the trope of curing neurodivergence.
Disclaimer: Psychopathy is not a condition that one can be clinically diagnosed with. The proper diagnostic term for people exhibiting behavior commonly associated with psychopathy is antisocial personality disorder. However, the term "psychopathy" is still useful as a descriptor for a distinct pattern of behavior within the spectrum of antisocial personality disorder.

The first chapter of this book is such a peanut gallery of all the adversaries of the story. This is my favourite characterisation of Ulryk in the literature so far. He's described in an incredibly sexy way, too, with eyes darkening in anger or sparkling in joy. During the introductory conversation, his mood switches from ire to amusement with the speed of a falling blade, and he manages to offend his late brother in front of a stranger.
And then there's Kuno! Obviously used to his master's volatile nature and making snarky remarks about it. Isn't that an interesting relationship? Why is the grand commander allowed to laugh at Ulryk's expense? How close are those two? Is there friendship or something more between them? Or maybe they're just two like-minded baddies united by common politics?

Or, a darker take: I've heard that the punishment for a Teutonic knight who broke the chastity vows was flogging administered by the grand master himself. I'd adore to see such a scene unfolding between Ulrich and Rotgier.

This is an easy-to-read book, in which the characters have emotional depth as thick as a sheet of printing paper. Ulryk is evil here because the plot demands a punching bag for the main hero. But I love that for the main adversary of the story, of all the possible Teutonic knights, the author chose Ulryk. The idea that Ulryk von Jungingen and Klaus Störtebeker met in person is glorious. They also got an incredibly ~~cool~~ hot sword-fighting scene in the book. Maybe the fic could deal with the aftermath of that encounter?

Things I love about these characters: Rural Medicine and Texaco Mike doing a little bit of everything to keep their community alive, Pathology being wholesome in the basement with his microscope, Anesthesia's complicated relationship with Surgery, Ortho and Opthamology being confused about the squishy non-bone parts of the body/everything below the nose, Ortho in general, the different characters interacting with each other, the fact that all the doctors ultimately want to help people despite their individual issues and the stress that they're under. It's fun to see comments or reaction videos from people in the medical field talking about how accurate the sketches are. I'd be interested in reading about the different medical specialties interacting with each other and how they have unique perspectives that influence how they see their jobs and the human body. It could also be fun to read something from the perspective of a patient who is navigating the medical system and meeting the different providers.

Vampire King Dick is the best thing ever. He's so evil and ruthless and I just want to see him fuck everyone up and laugh while drinking their loved ones' blood out of a cup while sadistically taunting them. Tell me there wasn't sexual tension when he had dying Jason at his mercy and pulled off his mask, or a huge D/s undertone in his Lord/Lieutenant relationship with Hal. Or the part where he implied having Kory as a prisoner while using her blood as a temporary "cure" for signs of vampirism. Just want to see Dick as a dominant, totally remorseless vampire villain who you want to hate but also can't help but be enthralled by because "sexy vampires" and stuff.
Kinda into any kind of kinky scenario where Dick keeps Jason or Kory prisoner as unturned blood cows/sex toys, or Hal being a good little submissive vampire servant, or Jason being a good little submissive vampire servant in a world where Dick turns him. Of course if shippy/NSFW isn't your thing I'm just really into Dick being a demanding vampire lord in general so him basically commanding Jason or Hal or keeping Kory as a prisoner with heavy seductive undertones would be awesome too.
Evil Dick and top Dick (if you want to go shippy at all) only please. I have a huge squick with fanon's obsession with whumping Dick Grayson and bottom Dick so that's the only thing I ask. Would love worldbuilding or something that tells me more about the characters.
The full game gave us a lot of info on what exactly caused the visitors, but there’s still a lot we don’t know. Why is the pale man so in control while the cashier girl so lost? Are there different kinds of visitors? Are the visitors caused by fungus or the bug in the ears? Are they revived from the dead? Are some of them more “original” or “powerful” than the others? Do they really wear human skin (other than the pale man, the old granny also has a face that droops the longer you speak to her)? And how do the sun and FEMA play into all of this?
Are the visitors like vampires—risen from the dead, can’t enter without an invitation, and anyone can become one?
You don’t have to include all the requested characters, but please include the Protagonist.
The protagonist—his backstory is so intriguing. I want to know more. I want to know why he’s the way he is—lonely and borderline suicidal, but has to learn to open his heart for his guests. One thing the game really left me wanting is that there isn’t a single ending that’s objectively “good.” No… I didn’t really like the death ending in which we assume the Protagonist just… died. I’d love to see your take on a “good ending” in which the Protagonist not only survives but… is grateful that he does. Maybe with some of the guests being his found family. Perhaps he ends up fulfilling the neighbor’s last wish and adopts his daughter (damaged man reluctantly adopting an orphaned child is one of my all-time favorite tropes!). Or forming a bond with the widow and raising the neighbor’s daughter with her?
Other guests—not all listed, but I’d also love to learn more about any of the other guests that you find interesting.
I also find the demon baby ending really creepy and would love the backstory of the seductive woman and the cult.
Since only a few characters have canonical names, I’d love for you to come up with names for characters who don’t, but would prefer them to be other Eastern European names to fit with the setting.

Can be Dimitri &/ Kurt; Dimitri &/ Protagonist; Kurt &/ Protagonist; OR Dimitri &/ Kurt &/ Protagonist. I'd really really love for this to be either romantic, sexual, or something similar, no matter which character group you're picking. But if that's really not your thing, that's fine, I just really want to see these characters! I have a slight preference for plot focus rather than platonic relationship focus if romance/smut is off the table.
I'll admit, I haven't played the game hands-on, only watched numerous playthrough videos of it. I think I've seen all the routes, however, so I should understand whichever detail you want to focus on. What I like about the relationships from this game is that... they're all kinda fucked up? Kurt's manipulation of everyone around him; Dimitri being a doctor who wants to do good but is inexcusable in enabling Kurt's evil deeds (possibly blinded by love?); the Protagonist being the player character connecting the most with us but ends up revealing as an enforcer of a tyrannical regime... Messy feelings and fucked up power dynamics all around!!! Kurt keeping Dimitri by his side using sweet talk but holds unspoken power over him; Kurt being all around creepy and fucked up with Protagonist when she lost her memories (I think the whole non-consensual mind/body modification alone is a HUGE assault on someone's person); Dimitri trauma bonding with the Protagonist over Kurt's manipulations... Or put them together, have Dimitri bonding with Protagonist only for Kurt to discover them and punish them both, or let Kurt be at their mercy. Going darker: Kurt forcing them into doing things they aren't comfortable with as punishment, or something with an unbalanced V-type relationship where Kurt clearly prefers one of them but keeps the other around anyway just to be cruel.
Other random ideas:
- anything similar to the Dimitri ending (possibly without the deaths?) where they successfully run away together (whether in a romantic way or not)
- I kept having thoughts about Kurt sexually assaulting the protagonist what with undressing in front of her and sleeping in her bed... but I'd also love to see more of the Anime-esque "bastard boyfriend" trope where he essentially tortures her (traps her in a toxic relationship) even though he's written as the pretty boy male love interest stereotype
- Kurt and Dimitri's backstory, how they got together, etc. I see their relationship being a bit more consensual than the above, but I will never say no to noncon either, especially with how fucked up Kurt is.
- Kurt arrested by Protagonist ending: the potential ramifications of that. Also I get really excited thinking about a Protagonist with her memories back giving Kurt a taste of his own medicine. Her torturing Kurt (whether in a kinky way or not) for information or for what he'd done would be great, as does a wider look at the people she works for and the attempt at recreating Kurt's brand of immortality
- something gen (or not so gen) horror involving Kurt's fate or Dimitri crawling inside the mansion walls would be GREAT
For Protagonist (if you're including her), I'm fine with any OC name you want to give her as long as it's reasonably believable for a female character with an Eastern European-esque background. I'm also fine with either second or third-person narration with her as long as it's not literally readerfic (no stuff like y/n or deliberating involving the reader, just treat her as her own character please.)

I’m a sucker for stories where the trauma that characters face is treated with care. The middle of the book nearly lost me, but the ending pulled me back full force!
Damn! I was hoping for Newton to survive, but I can’t complain that it ended up being Max. The chapter dedicated to his lasting trauma is sad but so well done that I can even forgive the turtle scene. I really want to see some form of happy ending where both boys survive and grow into adulthood, or just anything that’s less sad than the canon ending. And what about the aftermath? How would Newton corroborate with Max’s version of events? How would the parents cope? Would the two surviving boys form some kind of a trauma bond? Max/Newton is just as good as Max & Newton, so gimme shippy or gen content, I love them both!
I also love dark shit and the body horror of this book, especially when the worms are making Shelley believe that he’s pregnant and must now protect his “babies.” That’s both fucked up and has a… strange erotic undertone that makes you kinda uncomfortable. I love body horror, especially the type when a foreign parasitic entity is rewiring someone’s brain or modifying their body, severing their identity and making them into tools for the entity’s procreation. I like Shelley’s psychopathic creepiness as well as the scifi horror of the worms. Gimme something creepy, if you’d like! I’d love to see whump in which Shelley gets his hands (or the worms make him get his hands) on Max or Newton or both. Torturing them or making them into hosts just like Shelley. No happy ending is required for this, especially if you want to fully embrace the horror!

Who was building the gigantic cat statue, and why? It's not clear exactly how long ago the human abandonment of the area took place, but I've considered the possibility that the left-behind drawings that look so much like the cat are actually of that very same cat, and whatever happened, happened recently enough that the cat and the people who left would have known each other. (Certainly it's clear that the water never rose this high before, since those drawings were left previously undamaged by water.) I get the impression also that the humans may simply have left this area and gone Somewhere Else (rather than vanishing entirely—though you may have other ideas!)—in which case, perhaps a human who knew the cat could learn something from the news about the place they left the cat behind in? (Whether they learn anything about the cat specifically or not.) Or further exploration of any of the animals' individual stories would be interesting, before or after the events of the movie—whether the nominated characters or any of the other creatures they encounter.

"I think we're even dealing with some sort of test. To take the idea further, it may be precisely because we can now envision the idea of being programs that the simulation is offering us this test. And we'd better get it right, or at least make something interesting out of it."

I otherwise haven't found the idea that we're all living in a simulation all that compelling, but I find it so interesting that the test is clearly failed and the simulation ends on the last page. And to think: the Chinese government hiding the existence of their duplicate plane and sequestering the passengers (apparently permanently) didn't fail the test. Even the malicious killing of one set of duplicates caused by the (publicly-known) duplicate plane that landed in the US didn't fail the test. But the American president choosing to shoot down the next duplicate of the same plane (…the triplicate??), killing all aboard: that failed the test and ended the simulation. What does this suggest about the priorities and ethical standards of the entities running the test? Could there be other conditions that would also fail the test, and if so, I wonder what they are?
What would have happened if the triplicate plane had been allowed to land? Would the same plane just have kept coming again and again? Were there/would there have been any future versions of the duplicate plane that landed in China? Do any other places see their own versions of a duplicate plane? Do any other strange events start occurring as part of this phenomenon? Or you could do a close-in focus on any of the characters—what additional alternate branching pathways could unfold for them?
Or you could explore further into the entities running the simulation! Who are they? What are the goals of the simulation? Is this a serious-business experiment or just some folks fucking around? Is there future IRB overseeing experiments on virtual subjects? Who's funding this? (If any of these questions even apply..?)

Man, for like a minute there I thought they were heading for a happy threesome! And then that did not happen. But it could in fanfiction! What if they all got to love each other at the same time? I loved loved loved those glimpses of the physical affection between François and Louis, and Barbe-Nicole's lack of jealousy, and how much Barbe-Nicole and François loved each other—put these ingredients together!
If you want to write about sexytimes with any/all of them—some possible elements I find interesting are: involving any of the accoutrements of wine production (from tasting the finished products all the way to the mud of the fields the grapes grow in); reading/quoting sexy literature/letters to each other; the domineering streak in Barbe-Nicole demonstrated when she kisses Louis and then tells him "Now, get out of my office." (I LOVED that line.) And I always love non-heteronormative sex.
I'm not sure I see a way to a happy alternate ending for all three of them, without any way of identifying in nineteenth-century France whatever mental illness François is dealing with, much less how to treat it. But the three of them can share happiness along the way, even if it still leads to sadness.
Even if they're not all together at the same time, focusing on the important relationships between each pair of them would make me happy. For instance, would Barbe-Nicole and Louis ever talk about Louis' past relationship with François after Barbe-Nicole and Louis get together after François' death?
Barbe-Nicole tells her father-in-law that they both failed to recognize that François needed help, and that's why he's dead—she must feel such grief and guilt over her perception of failing him. That line she and François exchange about "wanting to die in your arms" is really striking, especially how in the end François said he wanted to die in Barbe-Nicole's arms...and then he died alone.
I really feel for Barbe-Nicole being so haunted by François in every corner of their home, even as she tries to move ahead alone into the future they had planned for themselves together. Perhaps the haunting could even be literal, and François could be a ghost?
François singing to the vines and getting Barbe-Nicole to do so as well reminded me of a beekeeping tradition I've heard about, where when the beekeeper marries, the new spouse has to be introduced to the bees, and somebody also needs to tell the bees when the old beekeeper has died. Perhaps the vines kept growing so well for Barbe-Nicole because she already sang for them and they knew her?
If you do want to try for a happy ending, I'll also note that in general, the approach I prefer for a "happy ending" with mental illness in stories is that of characters finding ways to manage it/work around it/live with it, although the effects never go away entirely—and not a solution that magically fixes everything.
Reading the book the movie is based on showed me that the character dynamics I was so interested in were entirely invented for the movie :-D That being the case, feel free to port the character dynamics into a different setting if you'd like to play around with it (or just don't want to do historical research :-P)—an alternate past with magic (like the couple of magic ideas I have above)? an In Space AU is always fun? or bring your own ideas!

Vampire King Dick is the best thing ever. He's so evil and ruthless and I just want to see him fuck everyone up and laugh while drinking their loved ones' blood out of a cup while sadistically taunting them. Tell me there wasn't sexual tension when he had dying Jason at his mercy and pulled off his mask, or a huge D/s undertone in his Lord/Lieutenant relationship with Hal. Or the part where he implied having Kory as a prisoner while using her blood as a temporary "cure" for signs of vampirism. Just want to see Dick as a dominant, totally remorseless vampire villain who you want to hate but also can't help but be enthralled by because "sexy vampires" and stuff.
Kinda into any kind of kinky scenario where Dick keeps Jason or Kory prisoner as unturned blood cows/sex toys, or Hal being a good little submissive vampire servant, or Jason being a good little submissive vampire servant in a world where Dick turns him. The full game gave us a lot of info on what exactly caused the visitors, but there’s still a lot we don’t know. Why is the pale man so in control while the cashier girl so lost? Are there different kinds of visitors? Are the visitors caused by fungus or the bug in the ears? Are they revived from the dead? Are some of them more “original” or “powerful” than the others? Do they really wear human skin (other than the pale man, the old granny also has a face that droops the longer you speak to her)? And how do the sun and FEMA play into all of this?
Are the visitors like vampires—risen from the dead, can’t enter without an invitation, and anyone can become one?
You don’t have to include all the requested characters, but please include the Protagonist.
The protagonist—his backstory is so intriguing. I want to know more. I want to know why he’s the way he is—lonely and borderline suicidal, but has to learn to open his heart for his guests. One thing the game really left me wanting is that there isn’t a single ending that’s objectively “good.” No… I didn’t really like the death ending in which we assume the Protagonist just… died. I’d love to see your take on a “good ending” in which the Protagonist not only survives but… is grateful that he does. Maybe with some of the guests being his found family. Perhaps he ends up fulfilling the neighbor’s last wish and adopts his daughter (damaged man reluctantly adopting an orphaned child is one of my all-time favorite tropes!). Or forming a bond with the widow and raising the neighbor’s daughter with her?
Other guests—not all listed, but I’d also love to learn more about any of the other guests that you find interesting.
I also find the demon baby ending really creepy and would love the backstory of the seductive woman and the cult.
Since only a few characters have canonical names, I’d love for you to come up with names for characters who don’t, but would prefer them to be other Eastern European names to fit with the setting.

I'd really really love for this to be either romantic, sexual, or something similar, no matter which character group you're picking. But if that's really not your thing, that's fine, I just really want to see these characters! I have a slight preference for plot focus rather than platonic relationship focus if romance/smut is off the table.
I'll admit, I haven't played the game hands-on, only watched numerous playthrough videos of it. I think I've seen all the routes, however, so I should understand whichever detail you want to focus on. What I like about the relationships from this game is that... they're all kinda fucked up? Kurt's manipulation of everyone around him; Dimitri being a doctor who wants to do good but is inexcusable in enabling Kurt's evil deeds (possibly blinded by love?); the Protagonist being the player character connecting the most with us but ends up revealing as an enforcer of a tyrannical regime... Messy feelings and fucked up power dynamics all around!!! Kurt keeping Dimitri by his side using sweet talk but holds unspoken power over him; Kurt being all around creepy and fucked up with Protagonist when she lost her memories (I think the whole non-consensual mind/body modification alone is a HUGE assault on someone's person); Dimitri trauma bonding with the Protagonist over Kurt's manipulations... Or put them together, have Dimitri bonding with Protagonist only for Kurt to discover them and punish them both, or let Kurt be at their mercy. Going darker: Kurt forcing them into doing things they aren't comfortable with as punishment, or something with an unbalanced V-type relationship where Kurt clearly prefers one of them but keeps the other around anyway just to be cruel.
Other random ideas:
- anything similar to the Dimitri ending (possibly without the deaths?) where they successfully run away together (whether in a romantic way or not)
- I kept having thoughts about Kurt sexually assaulting the protagonist what with undressing in front of her and sleeping in her bed... but I'd also love to see more of the Anime-esque "bastard boyfriend" trope where he essentially tortures her (traps her in a toxic relationship) even though he's written as the pretty boy male love interest stereotype
- Kurt and Dimitri's backstory, how they got together, etc. I see their relationship being a bit more consensual than the above, but I will never say no to noncon either, especially with how fucked up Kurt is.
- Kurt arrested by Protagonist ending: the potential ramifications of that. Also I get really excited thinking about a Protagonist with her memories back giving Kurt a taste of his own medicine. Her torturing Kurt (whether in a kinky way or not) for information or for what he'd done would be great, as does a wider look at the people she works for and the attempt at recreating Kurt's brand of immortality
- something gen (or not so gen) horror involving Kurt's fate or Dimitri crawling inside the mansion walls would be GREAT
For Protagonist (if you're including her), I'm fine with any OC name you want to give her as long as it's reasonably believable for a female character with an Eastern European-esque background. I'm also fine with either second or third-person narration with her as long as it's not literally readerfic (no stuff like y/n or deliberating involving the reader, just treat her as her own character please.)

I’m a sucker for stories where the trauma that characters face is treated with care. The middle of the book nearly lost me, but the ending pulled me back full force!
Damn! I was hoping for Newton to survive, but I can’t complain that it ended up being Max. The chapter dedicated to his lasting trauma is sad but so well done that I can even forgive the turtle scene. I really want to see some form of happy ending where both boys survive and grow into adulthood, or just anything that’s less sad than the canon ending. And what about the aftermath? How would Newton corroborate with Max’s version of events? How would the parents cope? Would the two surviving boys form some kind of a trauma bond? Max/Newton is just as good as Max & Newton, so gimme shippy or gen content, I love them both!
I also love dark shit and the body horror of this book, especially when the worms are making Shelley believe that he’s pregnant and must now protect his “babies.” That’s both fucked up and has a… strange erotic undertone that makes you kinda uncomfortable. I love body horror, especially the type when a foreign parasitic entity is rewiring someone’s brain or modifying their body, severing their identity and making them into tools for the entity’s procreation. I like Shelley’s psychopathic creepiness as well as the scifi horror of the worms. Gimme something creepy, if you’d like! I’d love to see whump in which Shelley gets his hands (or the worms make him get his hands) on Max or Newton or both. Torturing them or making them into hosts just like Shelley. No happy ending is required for this, especially if you want to fully embrace the horror!

This show was bananananas and I love it. Every episode a wilder explanation of what was going on than the last. I've requested Khatha alone because I'm fascinated by him but I'd love a fic that includes Chan or Dome, or if you wanted, Boon. The Boon Khatha Chan love triangle is very juicy and the idea that they've both just been living in the world, both trying to live up to Chan's legacy, is a lot.
What I liked best about the show is the strong interpersonal relationships and the really cool worldbuilding and I'd love to see more of that. I'm a believer that when Khatha asked Chan to be brothers he was doing a romantic confession and using the strongest language he could, like saying hey I want to be bonded forever. Anything that talks about their relationship and its legacy would be really cool
Prompts:
- Immortal Khatha training montage! We know that he heals when he's on museum ground, how did he figure that out? I'm also presuming he did a Bruce Wayne style travel the world and learn all about cursed artifacts and also learn languages and martial arts and stuff. All of that would be cool to read about
- Chan and Khatha and their years together before Chan got into the village healing business. Just the two outcasts against the world. Sweet times of them swimming in lakes and making out under waterfalls, pointing out constellations. And difficult moments of them avoiding others, figuring out food. Anything about them during that time
- Post-canon Khatha and Dome. He went through time and space to find him, we need that sequel. How do they get back? Do they get back. Are they both immortal beings with cosmic powers? Maybe it's a historical fic set during wwii with them trying to avoid getting discovered but getting entangled in things anyway - love a reluctant hero situation. Maybe they get back to the future and its about them re-learning each other and taking down Boon.
- Khatha/Chan/Dome. How does it happen? Dealer's choice. Maybe there's more time shenanigans, maybe Chan didn't really die to break the curse and he's just about, maybe they hop a dimension who knows, this canon allows for many possibilities. I just think it would be SO fraught and sexy. Dome who hasn't been betrayed and his honest love, Chan with the knowledge of Khatha and the complexity and the devotion, and Khatha who presumably is the most turned on a person could possibly be and ALSO has angst and stuff. Bonus if Khatha is worried that he's projecting his feelings about Chan onto Dome and then this threesome teaches him that he really, really isn't
- sex! magic! This canon needs so many sex magic fics. Where's the fuck or die pollen, where's the possessed locket that forces proximity until they have sex. Please write me an elaborate sex ritual that has to be done to uncurse an artifact. Ooh maybe it needs a virgin and Dome is the only one. TayGun are sooooo 😵
They need to be snuggling or they will perish. I love how whipped Tay is. Like he was roasting Off's bag and then Gun said actually that's my bag and Tay IMMEDIATELY said oh that's a cute bag. Like oh my god. They've known each other almost as long as Off has known Gun, Tay was there at the dedication ceremony for Puppy Honey and Kiss the Series.
Things about TayGun that are very juicy to me
- Off and Tay were roommates and really close friends. The idea of introducing your friend to your fake boyfriend and then them becoming real boyfriends... the emotional experience of your friend realising they like someone else more than you... the tension of the fake boyfriend v secret real boyfriend + friendship. But it's good, isn't it? To have everything be tangled up in people you like and trust already

I'm happy to receive fic about Linus and any of the other nominated characters but I'm particularly interested in Tanja. I'm really sad she died! I think their relationship was so interesting. I'm especially interested in a scenario where she survived and was hiding out in that house in s6 while they were under siege. The other partners were like this is messed up!! and scary!!! and I just think Tanja would have had a different perspective on that. She's been in that world longer and is no questions ride or die for the dangerous things Linus was doing. I'd love to see her have an in-law dinner with Sonja.
I'm also interested in his relationship with Emil, the kind of honorary uncle who is like pleeeeeeease stop doing crimes. Especially in some of those earlier periods; like Linus totally stole that scooter and Emil was like he's a good kid let him off. Like what was going on with them. Man is so beleagured. And after Linus stopped trusting the family (but still showed up) he clearly still trusted Emil.
Aside from that, I'd like anything about Linus. He has the worst time in that show--and that's tough competition considering everything that happens. I'm happy to see that continue. Or give him a nice day.

London rewired my brain and I ship them. I have written for them on my ao3 as Rioana if you are curious to some of my takes. What I love about Edmar is the way they take turns supporting each other in different areas. Edvin helped Omar be comfortable acting on camera, Omar helped Edvin learn to navigate fame, Edvin learned from Omar about running a business, now Edvin supports Omar in that business (that they CO-OWN). They are both incredible in their spheres and still growing! And they'll always be the guys that got famous together; that's an incredible bond. No one can know what that was like but them.
I love that being in YR helped Omar feel more comfortable expressing himself and his sexuality, especially after feeling internalised shame and struggling with it for ages. I'd be interested in seeing that more explored.
In general, I would prefer if Edvin didn't fall into a clueless straight boy trope.

otp of my LIFE. They are homeship to each other. Evan tried to stay behind with Jos. Jos is ready at all times to defend Evan with his life. I have not and will never be normal about their level of devotion and codependency.

- Any whump scenario where Evan is in danger and Jos saves him. Die Hard scenario where the negotiation meeting they're at gets taken hostage and Jos crawls through the vents to rescue him. Evan gets kidnapped for leverage against Jos and Jos is like I have a particular set of skills, I will find you and I will kill you. There's a jet hazing ritual of some kind and jos goes ballistic. I've always regretted so much that we never got the scene in warchild where Jos goes and finds the jets who beat up Evan and ruins their day i want it x1000. Bonus points if afterwards Evan washes the blood out of Jos' knuckles
- station shoreleave where they get a whole bunch of random street vendor food to try. just like uncomplicated joy and fun and both of them being able to be open with each other in a way they can't with others and sharing reference points
- you know that scene where even sleeps with a stressed out jos and then jos freaks out later? what if they get to the place where they both like the nighttime bunkmate sleeping together thing. maybe evan has nightmares
- listen. if you're up for some increased intimacy between them i am also. i think they could both do with some being treated with care and recontextualising their bodies. esp since the newer novellas have jos doing some kissing
when it comes to Ryan, I'm happy ignoring anything that isn't in the main trilogy, or having him on the side, or as a friend. If you can make some convoluted proxy fucking thing work too I'm fine with that as well, but I'd prefer a fic that focuses on Jos and Evan.
