Kitties!!!

We lost beloved Furrbutt in December after he was with us for more than 16 years and the house was very lonely without a furry presence. We went to an adoption event sponsored by some rescue groups JUST TO LOOK AND GET INFORMATION (yes, you can snicker at my naiveté here) yet somehow came how with two lovely furfaces.

Meet Kato (who has issues with comprehending that gravity exists and will continue to do so, no matter how many times he falls off the radiator)



and Dusty (who is still pretty shy around people, but is secretly planning on being the alpha cat in the house and lets Kato know that as frequently as possible)



Anyone want me to give them a skritch behind the ears for them?

They are certainly providing excitement. Randomly chasing each other around the room (and over the bed and under the bed and then over it again) at 3 AM is certainly exciting! :)

Ohhh ::falls in love:: Kato has the cutest nose ever, and Dusty looks very dignified. How old are they?

They are both rescues but Kato is estimated to be 18 months or so and Dusty 2 1/2 or so.

There is one terrible thing about them though. They don't like donuts! O.o Or people food in general! *iz shocked*
