Kick the month of April in the head. We got snow where I live, too...and WE got it after two days of torrential rain that caused severe flooding. Been given FEMA disaster status here.

It's sort of sunny here, semi-overcast/semi-sun and just above freezing so the snow on the sidewalks and streets is melting. That's at least something, right?

It is.
We had a day like that, maybe month ago, my sons and a neighbour spent 21/2 hours shovelling the hill we live on clear of the stuff. And in the afternoon the sun came out full force and insta!thaw happened.
