I was lucky on that front and didn't have that many loans, two summers of living at home and lifeguarding earned me enough to stockpile in the bank for when they came due. I worked like a dog (6am-7pm 3 days and 10-7 3 days) one of the summers, but it was worth it to be able to pay off the loans completely when they came due
