Oy vey. You give scifi a bad name. And stealing plot lines from your betters doesn't endear me to you.

However, I will admit Kavan Smith (Lorne, SGA) looks sexy in a shoulder holster.

His scenes might be done with already. He's the 'I need to belittle and make fun of the "hero" to push him into trouble and into the hands of the people he needs to meet to skirt the many plot holes' guy.

And Amanda Tapping's accent is PAINFUL

it repeats again in a little over an hour. If you turn it on at, hmmm 5 minutes into it and watch the next 10 min or so you'll see him.... but, the overall pain might not be worth it- unless you turn it into a drinking game or something

...Maybe I'll just dig out my Atlantis DVDs.

I'm not sure I have enough sanity to spare for this. Is it as bad as the SciFi "original" movies? Because I swear you can lose IQ points before you can change the channel with those things.

the main character is a forensic scientist that no one takes seriously because of his 'strange' and 'outlandish' ideas that the scientific community poo-pooed. He's been downgraded to helping out some crappy police department who doesn't like him. He's youngish with wire-rimmed glasses and light brown hair... sound familiar?

Yeeaah. At least they're stealing from their own shows? Except that it wasn't their show in the beginning, was it. Hmm. 'Course, TV scifi has, like, ten plots anyway. Maybe 15?

maybe... but do they have to be so obvious about it?

Ha ha. I recorded it but fell asleep before I could watch - I wanted to see because of Amanda Tapping, but I was kind of dreading it because of Amanda Tapping's accent in the promos. WHY would they make her British? Surely they could change her character to a Canadian or American.

Oh well. I'll probably "watch" tomorrow while doing something else. :)

her accent is... interesting is probably the best way to put it, I'll give her that. Errr, enjoy!
