oh crap

Election crap isn't over the MN - the senate race is too close to call:
1,210,790
42%
1,210,028
42%
437,146
15%

with 99% of precincts reporting. That means there will be a recount and a serious look at the absentee ballots and....

*VERY BIG SIGH*

eta- As of 6pm the race is 121644 for Coleman and 112167 for Franken so the margin is 477 votes!!!

that's good. I hate accidently eating it, makes me so sick.

nope- luckily it's not a terrible reaction- it sends my dad to the ER

Yikes.

Ironically enough, the only things that can send me to the ER are actually in the ER.

*yipes* do you have a braclet thingy or card to warn people just in case

[identity profile] the-dark-side.livejournal.com 2008-11-11 05:09 am (UTC)(link)
Not at the moment. I did have a card. I'm definitely getting a bracelet first chance I get.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2008-11-11 05:09 am (UTC)(link)
GOOD. that could get dangerous otherwise.

[identity profile] the-dark-side.livejournal.com 2008-11-11 05:13 am (UTC)(link)
Yeah, even when I tell the doctor it's kind of tricky, because so many of those antibiotics are related.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2008-11-11 05:13 am (UTC)(link)
oh right, I didn't even think of that.

[identity profile] the-dark-side.livejournal.com 2008-11-11 05:19 am (UTC)(link)
So far, I haven't found any others that I'm allergic to. Which is good, considering the only way to find out is the hard way.

although I suppose, at least you're already where medical help is available

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2008-11-11 05:24 am (UTC)(link)
but still, avoiding it in the first place would probably be even better

[identity profile] the-dark-side.livejournal.com 2008-11-11 05:25 am (UTC)(link)
Definitely. I don't wish to repeat that experience.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2008-11-11 05:27 am (UTC)(link)
I've never had most drugs (medical ones I mean) so I have no idea if i'd have a reaction. Hopefully, neither of us will be in a position to find out

I was sort of a sick kid, so I tried pretty much everything.

[identity profile] the-dark-side.livejournal.com 2008-11-11 05:36 am (UTC)(link)
Thankfully, I grew out of it.

Not to mention, it seems to have built up my immune system rather nicely.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2008-11-11 05:45 am (UTC)(link)
especially since healthcare is ZOMG expensive these days
