First she looked at a purple kangaroo that roared when you pulled the string, but decided the glued on smile was crooked and creepy. Then she considered the clown whose head was only attached with velcro, but the yarn that was supposed to be its hair was all matted and funny looking. The lion was all wrong, red instead of blue, and the turtle’s shell was too hard. And there were just so many things wrong with the pony she couldn’t even begin to catalog them.

Then she spotted it.
