Summary: Owen's learned some things in life.
Author's Note: Written for karaokegal's Song Lyric Prompt-a-Day-2008-Day 3
Owen learned the hard way that there was no such thing as happily ever after. It took a while, but eventually he learned his lesson. Live in the moment. There was no reason to take a sip if you could get a gulp. Or take a nip when was it possible to bite. And it was stupid to be slow and soft if fast and intense was an option. They were the only option, as far as he was concerned.
And he was pretty sure Jack’d know how to hide the bruises. If not, wasn’t really his problem, was it?
