I bet you have. I am in total awe of all of you capable of writing that much to a deadline! How's it going?

I have 16k done, but the last 1k or so has been a bit of a struggle. And I'm not sure there is 4k left of the story. I'm not good at writing for length.

Hmmm. I can't remember the rules, but isn't it okay if it falls a bit short?

hmm, not sure. Very discouraged at least. the first draft is due mid April and final mid May, so I do have time.

Yeah, that's good. Well, maybe if it falls short, you could stick in a bit extra in a flashback or something earlier on (i.e. not trying to string out the end) - or add an epilogue or something?

That's always a possibility. *nods* I need to just keep going and get to the end and see what the final word count is. I might be worrying over nothing
