Wow, NCIS was dumb. *big sigh*

It *is* baffling, isn't it? We all remember, and it's not even our jobs! Why can't they?

Maybe we should demand pay. And if they say no, we'll all go on strike and stop watching. Then they'll have no audience.

Or offer to beta for them!

Now there's an idea. We can get rid of both the things that don't match up with previous happenings on the show and the stuff we just don't like.

Yes! Get rid of all this lame UST forever!

And have more Jimmy. He's not showing up enough!

Yeah, have to wonder about that. Is he always hiding in the office in autopsy? Maybe under the tables?

They made a vague explanation of him being in med school, but it's pretty lame an explanation in my opinion

I hate when they do cool stuff like that scene between he and Tony...and then let it sort of die.

Yeah, it was such a throwaway scene. I liked it, but it was so out of context it felt tacked on.

Completely. Like, "we better give the Jimmy fans something this week...Oh, I know! Let's make Jimmy and Tony like Gibbs and Ducky 2.0."

And then of course being the writers they are...by the following week they'd forgotten.

exactly! But it could have worked so well with just a little effort on the writer's part!

It really could work splendidly. I remember, way back in an early season thinking that Tony and Jimmy could have a great, and also hilarious friendship. I think it occurred to me when Ducky asks Jimmy if he's been spending time with Agent DiNozzo again lol.

Yes! but then the writers just sort of dropped it.

I suppose we really should be used to disappointment by now.
