Wow, NCIS was dumb. *big sigh*

6x24 - Semper Fidelis- aired last night. Second to last episode of the season.

Oh- we did get a new Gibbs rule though- #11- When the job is done, walk away.

i like Gibbs-rules!

oh, and hey- this time at least it isn't a repeated one! (unlike 1 and 3 which we have two of)

You'd think they'd know how to count, really.

numbers are very hard. especially when you've been drinking...

I was never good with numbers, but even I can write down numbers, put the appropriate Gibbs!rule behind it and refer back to it for free numbers at a later time.

... But that is probably expecting too much organisation and management-skills from them, isn't it?

No idea. It's a shame though, ruining a good show.

Definitely. I... kinda wish they'd stop continuing NCIS just so that I could have a definite canon to work with in my fics. But that's very very selfish.

I sort of feel the same way. I'm almost jealous of Kate fans. She's established and not going to change.

What I find so bad is that when a writer messes up, you can't console yourself saying "well, that's ooc" because it's canon.

Yes! And it doesn't matter if it's conflicting and completely against what they previously said, you somehow have to make it work in your head.
