fandom_me's video "Far Too Long."I’m not Superman. They expect me to save the day, but leave before I’m done. They die. I die. Time and everything else gets in the way. I’m forced to leave, or they are, and then I’m alone.
Some days I wish I was Clark Kent. He never saved the world or got the girl, or the guy, but he was reliable and dependable in his own way. And he could just live. Live one day at a time without worrying about the next battle looming on the horizon.
Clark Kent was Superman, but I just want to be me.
