Quick question for UK peeps
Footed pyjamas for 3/4 year olds. Like this:

Do they exist there? If so, what do you call them?
If not, what would a 3-4 year old wear for bed?

Of course I don't have kids, so I could be talking utter bollocks. In fact I probably am, but I'm good at it so why change the habit of a lifetime?

You can scarily get them for adults (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Adult-All-In-One-Pyjamas-PJs-with-Feet_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZ65Q3a12Q7c66Q3a2Q7c39Q3a1Q7c72Q3a1685Q7c240Q3a1318Q7c301Q3a1Q7c293Q3a1Q7c294Q3a50QQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem4ce9b32c63QQitemZ330338348131QQptZWomenQ5fsQ5fClothingQQsalenotsupported)

I've been looking at pyjamas and stuff a lot recently in my quest for a suitable pair for me to wear as Arthur Dent...

But good luck finding them to fit a 3-4 year-old here! Well, I guess they do make them in that age range, but most of the kids I know have to wear clothes for older kids because the sizes aren't big enough these days.
Jack, for instance, is wearing 6-7 year-old clothes at 3 1/2. He just has normal two-piece pyjamas.

Or maybe- Are they usually one solid color or patterned?
