Ziva's never been written as particularly competent, which is part of the problem.

I still think she was introduced wrong. Her first act was to support Ari and tell everyone (Gibbs especially) that they were wrong about him and he was misunderstood and whatnot. Which, was hard to buy as a viewer, since we'd seen him kill Kate and fire on Abby and whatnot. So her support of Ari? Started her off on the wrong foot IMO.

He misrepresentation of Israelis really bothers me. Especially her language problems.
