Tony never heard of Doctor Who? I liked the reference by McGee, but although Tim should have know better to call him "Doctor Who" instead of "The Doctor."

Tim: Wow, this is like the TARDIS

Tony: Tard-what?

Tim: It's the contraption Doctor Who that travels through time in

Tony: Doctor Who? Who the hell watches that.

And it was nice to see NCIS:LA make mention that Macy had been in charge earlier.

The last good Dr. Who reference was from Don Flack on CSI-NY about two years ago.

There is not enough Doctor Who love out there. Although, there was a Torchwood/Capt Jack reference last year for Halloween when a character dressed as him on "Knight Rider"
