I thought that both were pretty good. The Abby plot might have been a little lame, but I liked the new dynamic of NCIS:LA. The LA show works better with more structure. I wish Hetty were the chief of the LA office.
North of DC, it would be too cold in November for corn to still be green, and south of there, the corn ripens anywhere from June to August. *eyeroll* They need a good beta!
I usually love NCIS:LA, in a sit-back-and-enjoy-the-moment sort of way, but... there were just too many stumbling plot holes for me this time around. Abby being there felt forced. I don't know, it just didn't work for me.
The Thanksgiving episode for NCIS? All I can say is that Fornell is gonna be pissed when he finds out that Gibbs has been sharing elevator time with a girl that young. (No, even I am not pervy enough to see anything there, but still...that's THEIR special place.)
I know I've seen Gibbs, Fornell, Vance, Jenny and Ziva do it, and probably Kate, Tim and Tony as well, but I consider it to be a Gibbs/Fornell signature move. (Yes, my tin hat is very shiny. Thanks for noticing.)
it's really not the way to be a successful actor, you get way to intrenched in people's minds as that one character. At least do voice over work or something.
Of course, according to imdb, Mark Harmon's only done one voice thing (doing it currently) and a small role in some movie I never heard of. Pauley Perrette has had only a few small roles in movies, Cote de Pablo hasn't done a thing. MW's did a small project (wrote and directed) during the writer's strike and a TV movie, a small role in another movie and a large role in an independent movie so I guess he's the only one to branch out
