We've just started NCIS, and we're wondering where in the U.S. there's a green cornfield with ripe corn in NOVEMBER.

seems just a little unlikely, doesn't it? Presumably they were within an hour's drive from DC and the corn would still be like that?

North of DC, it would be too cold in November for corn to still be green, and south of there, the corn ripens anywhere from June to August. *eyeroll* They need a good beta!

They've needed a good beta for YEARS. Last week they misspoke on what to call the DC area and messed up on the Doctor Who/Tardis reference. *big sigh*
