Supernatural 6.01
I apparently liked the episode more than a lot of people I know, but...
...then again, I am a Dean girl and have never been too impressed with Sam.
I loved the opening montage, especially Dean teaching Ben about how to work an engine and the salt for cooking instead of salt lines.
As for the plot... Sam is still a self-centered ass, Bobby surprised me by following Dean's lead and the Campbells bugged me.
The entire Campbell clan was just so cardboard cutout. I don't remember their names, I have no idea why they (the cousins) are all the same age, give or take, I can't fathom why they never *heard* of the Winchesters or the Winchesters of them, and Samuel's complete lack of reaction to Dean (re:the 1973 meeting) bugged me.
In short, I liked Lisa and her backbone and Dean and his attempts to make things right, but I'm not sure I like the way the season is going, but for the moment I'm giving TPTB the benefit of the doubt.
