The episode wasn't great even besides that. Sam and Cas were both terribly OOC in my opinion. If you still want to watch it skip the first 10 minutes. Seriously. Especially the bit before the opening sequence thing- there's nothing by absolute grossness and vileness there.

Honestly, you probably should. Sam was podperson again, Cas was more abrupt and less enjoyable than usual and there were those dreadfully vile death scenes.
