I did not know about the Cherpumple until I read your story, but then I was able to go to my faculty end-of-semester lunch and wow the other teachers with my random, weird food knowledge. *g*

Yay for esoteric food knowledge! I think the cherpumple does best when talked about though, I'm not sure I'd want to eat it!
