I think I've answered this one before, but if I didn't...

There are no donut shops where I live now. No Dunkin' Donuts, no Krispy Kreme, not even any little local mom and pop place. None.
And that is a sad, sad thing.
As for changing it... I don't know, I've become irreparably associated with donuts to many of my LJ friends (which I consider a good thing) and I wouldn't want that to change.

A very few number of place exist where one can get decent donuts around here, but they are few and far between

I really miss the mom-and-pop donut place where I grew up, but there are a few places around here that do it decently.
