Sure! going to pick the easy A for him though
1- Gibbs has always thought Tony was funny, he never let him see it because he always felt Tony would be a better agent if he thought Gibbs was all gruff and bite and bark. Almost losing Tony (in the S5 opener) is changing that, he's realizing Tony's already a damn good agent and pushing him is only pushing him away
2- Gibbs loves Abby, like a daughter, she's weirder than Kelly would ever have been, but she's (to some extent) filled the gaping hole Kelly left behind
3- The boat thing started as a lark, needing to engage his brain and work with his hands. He's kept building them because it causes people to make assumptions about him that he can use to his advantage but also because he likes it.

Oh, I really like number 2. I always smile at Abby and Gibbs interaction, because he's so different with her than he is with everyone else. It's sweet.

NCIS is his surrogate family. Ducky's a brother (of the long winded, sometimes you want them to just be quiet and leave you alone variety). Abby's his daughter. I think in a lot of ways Tony's like a son to him (which clashes with all the Tibbs shippers, but oh well)
