I'm avoiding housework and writing so... stealing this from everyone

If you could have me write absolutely anything - genre, fandom, character, rating, whatever - if I'm familiar with it or not, what would it be?

More Jack/Shep! They're adorable together.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2007-11-30 08:34 pm (UTC)(link)
donut!verse or real!verse (the Pashahadas one)?

[identity profile] smithy161.livejournal.com 2007-11-30 08:56 pm (UTC)(link)
Mm, realverse. But donut!verse is always good too.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2007-11-30 08:59 pm (UTC)(link)
maybe I'll take a second (third, eleventh?) stab at my sequel to Pashahadas tonight. Or try the donut!verse slash I've been contemplating.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2007-11-30 09:09 pm (UTC)(link)
for which one? (I've been dragging my feet with writing anything lately, this way I'll have to plunk my butt down and at least try!)

[identity profile] smithy161.livejournal.com 2007-11-30 09:13 pm (UTC)(link)
My vote's for the Pashahadas sequel. I really liked that one!

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2007-11-30 09:18 pm (UTC)(link)
well, it's not truly a sequel, more set in that verse.. Jack as part of Shep's team and living and working in Atlantis. (and getting into trouble and flirting a bunch)

[identity profile] smithy161.livejournal.com 2007-11-30 09:43 pm (UTC)(link)
Sounds good to me!

[identity profile] rustydog.livejournal.com 2007-11-30 09:10 pm (UTC)(link)
Squee. I didn't know you were working on a sequel!

yeah.. working on... if three weeks and only 121 words counts

More dark stuff like those Master/Jack drabbles. You do dark really well - which is even cooler when you consider how good you are at light stuff too! :-)

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2007-11-30 08:38 pm (UTC)(link)
ooh, I haven't done really dark in awhile, wistful and sad, but not dark. (and thanks! *g*)

Really? I figured most people would want crack. *goes to ponder*

You already do crack! :-)

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2007-11-30 09:17 pm (UTC)(link)
good point

You do crack very well, but... I'm feeling in the mood to read darker stuff, so I ask for darker stuff. Well, mostly. I did ask [livejournal.com profile] smithy161 for something that would have to be crack, what with the chartruese elephant, but... *shrugs*

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2007-11-30 09:58 pm (UTC)(link)
it's hard to do dark without it being just angst, if that makes sense. I've some plot bunnies I've been ignoring though...

*nods* Yeah. I know what you mean. Worst part about that is that I like dark, but angst drives me up the wall.

*feeds the neglected plot bunnies*

Hmm. I really do need more icons. I need Moldyshorts over here for weirdness factor....

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2007-11-30 10:03 pm (UTC)(link)
I never remember to change icons when posting

[personal profile] morgynleri 2007-11-30 10:09 pm (UTC)(link)
My problem is that if I want the weirdness factor, I have to get rid of one of the others. And the only one I can think of that I don't use is the Cathan one, because I don't post a whole lot in the 'verse she's part of.

Huh. Yeah, my icons are as much tags as my tags... if you want a certain fandom, go looking for a certain icon.... Nine for Doctor Who or Toorchwood, Amanda for Highlander, etc... hmm. Shall have to see which ones I don't use, and which I can get rid of... and how bloody many more I want.

One reason I keep entertaining the possibility of reviving my GJ account... 200 icons, no money, and I can have an icon for every fandom, and then some. I'll still run out of icon room, but not as fast.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2007-11-30 10:11 pm (UTC)(link)
I *mostly* stick in the Captain Jack fandom (although I happily read others) I love it when people post icons appropriately like that.

I've had some wonderful icons made for me that I never remember to use...

I can't help but post with appropriate icons... and if I don't have an icon for that fandom or 'verse, I use the "author, muses, doomed" one. Hmm. And I should update that one to one more readable. I'm getting tired of green on silver... *wanders off to change her doomed icon*
