As I mentioned earlier, I won yuletide_squee's contest for posting the most comments on Yuletide fics before the reveal (nearly 100).

I asked Sirothello (go check out her stuff, it's amazing) if she could draw a picture of Sherlock and his daemon Dagany (from my HDM/Sherlock crossovers Preparing For Change, Haunting Laughter and The Kitchen Equation) and LOOK!!!





HOW AWESOME IS THIS?!?!?!?!

I think I must write more in this verse to celebrate. Any requests/thoughts/suggestions?

eta- oh, and does anyone have the photoshop skills to turn it into an icon?

Like I said, anything you write will be awesome, and I love the thought of the suggestion below where Sherlock and Dagany can't talk. Another thought: maybe John and Jorrun trying to deal with a drugged/concussed/disoriented Sherlock and Dagany? Or vice versa. I'd also love to see what Jorrun and Dagany make of all the casework and running around London.

As for ideas: anything you write will be brilliant. But it occurs to me: both Sherlock and Dagany are highly vocal creatures. While I know this is a bit out there, I'd love to see what mayhem would ensue if both of them came down with laryngitis for a day or two... ;-)
