Name a character and I will tell you:
1) The most interesting canon fact about them
2) Something from my personal canon about them
Any canon I've written in or watched or read is up for grabs

1) His unwillingness to compromise his beliefs (be it in how he treats suspects in the Box, how he talks to witnesses or the way he'll tell the Director (mostly Jenny, but also Vance and once or twice Morrow) just what he thinks of any orders he's given.
2) "Second B for Bastard" is a ruse he fell into to keep people from getting too close after losing Shannon and Kelly. The few times he broke it with women led to disastrous marriages and by embracing it at work it meant people were a little afraid and on edge around him, something he could use to his advantage to get things done and it meant he never got invited out for social activities afterwards. He thought he was better off alone. Eventually, however, he didn't know how to act any other way.

1) It was possible Jack was in 1941 four times at the same time (Empty Child/Doctor Dances, Captain Jack Harkness, living through the 1900s waiting for the Doctor (in between DW S1 and TW S1) and in cold storage at the Hub (according to Exit Wounds)
2) He does NOT become the Face of Boe. It was either a nickname based off the real FoB or a joke. It's just too heartbreaking (not to mention impossible considering what we've seen of his restorative powers) to consider anything else.

1) She's not afraid to get her hands dirty - figuratively and literally. She'll knock out Merlin without a second thought to save him or sit on the floor in a dirty, abandoned castle to look after her brother.
2) She loves Arthur and overall is comfortable with her role as Queen in Camelot, but tends to unconsciously slip into her old feelings of commoner vs noble when around Leon (she grew up in his household, her mother was his mother's servant)
As an aside, a pet peeve of mine regarding her is that age of Chivalry rules-wise, if someone was knighted their entire family moved up the ranks along with them. Gwen *wouldn't* have been a commoner after Elyan was knighted.

1) He cares SO deeply. The way he cried when Athusia hatched, how he stood up to Arthur and Aggravine when Gaius was accused, how he invited himself on Arthur's quest, his scenes with Freya, etc etc etc.
2) Merlin is younger than most think, but he's so used to responsibility they don't notice. Since it was just Hunith and him there were so many things that needed to be done that he just started doing them, doing anything that was needed and he never stopped. He does the work of two people (Arthur's servant and Gaius' assistant) every day and no one notices. At some point it will all come crashing down on him though.

1) Seen in book canon more than on the show, but, family means EVERYTHING to Harry. Actual blood family, like Thomas, or 'adopted' like Michael and his family or the Alphas or Murphy. The show's flashbacks of him and his dad just KILL ME.
2) He thinks his life is totally insane and sometimes he'll wonder - just for a second - what it would be like not to know about magic or to believe in the fae etc, but he wouldn't have it any other way.

Honestly, I don't have anything for #1, I'd have to rewatch all her episodes for that.
#2) Despite kissing Benton, she isn't all that romantically interested in him. She admires him and what he believes in and stands for and she finds him interesting, in an exasperating 'does he realize what century it is' kind of way, but there's nothing more than that there.
