If you can braid you can braid a rug, it's really not much more than that, although the rug you mention sounds facinating. This one is a mix of wool from jackets I picked up at rummage sales and cloth I bought in fabric stores.

I LOVED the curling bits. And that line of Ray's is priceless. Also the whole "canadian soil" bit and having to collect the guns!
