A warning to folks.

LJ messed with the posting/update page and as a result it seems to be throwing a LOT of error 500s. And wiping the post you were trying to make/fix/update whatever.

Copy anything you do before hitting the post/update button, just to be on the safe side. I had it complete eat one post and totally screw up another.

With *luck* it'll be fixed soon, they put out the new update page today sometime so with any luck they'll figure out the bugs and make it work soon.

AWESOME.

I filed a report last week, complaining about the string of unnecessary code that their latest update shoves into all my posts, and they spent 3 days trying to convince me it was MY fault. (I'm using the wrong browser; I must have problematic add-ons; I must have a virus.) And each time I wrote back and said, "NONE of this was happening until you rolled out that update."

Idiots.

It REALLY pissed me off because I have some posts I have been tweaking on and off for YEARS and it totally screwed up the one I was updating last night. Stupid LJ
