This is one of the few times I am really tempted to use that mostly annoying 'feels' phrase "I can't" because I just do not know how to express my disbelief and hysterical response to this picture:



That is Mitt Romney, in his Netflix documentary, ironing the sleeve of his shirt WHILE WEARING IT before heading out to the White House Correspondents dinner during his campaign for presidency. Apparently he said "Ow" a lot as he did it.

(I haven't watched the movie, I have no desire to watch the movie, but after seeing the screencap on tumblr I googled about and found EW's review of the documentary and they mentioned the scene.)

This is the man considered one of the two best candidates for the presidency of the United States of America. And he is ironing a shirt while wearing it. I just have no words.....

Yeah, that's a big if there. It more than makes him seem stupid, there is a level of ineptitude there that's just mind boggling. It's just absolutely not the kind of attitude you want in the leader of a country.
