Remix Madness

Remix Madness is currently going on and myself and 150 some odd others have thrown their hats into the ring to get their fics remixed if anyone is interested. There aren't a bunch of rules, no word minimum or anything, just the basic 'no changing the intent of the fic' and it's open until Sunday if anyone wants to play.

I'm always put off by having to offer up my fics up for remixing in those things. I know its logical, but - really - who wants to wade through my drabbles to look for something??

That's kind of what I though, but I figured, meh why not? You never know if someone will recognize the username and go, "Oh, they wrote X! I love X!"

If I were a remixer I'd definitely go for user name recognition before fandom. With the exception of The Musketeers - which grew on me as a show - but I've not found the really good fanfic for, yet.

Yes, that surprised me, but I did throw my name in the proverbial hat pretty early. I'm excited to see what people came up with though!

I clicked randomly on some folks who listed fandoms I was interested in, but didn't find anything that jumped out on me so I've only remixed the author I was assigned when I signed up in the first place.
