Day 8

In your own space, share a favorite piece of original canon (a TV episode, a song, a favorite interview, a book, a scene from a movie, etc) and explain why you love it so much. Leave a comment in this post saying you did it. Include a link to your post if you feel comfortable doing so.

I spent ages debating what to share. Should it be something from a canon I'm fannish in now or something I had been in the past? One that doesn't have a fandom? Or one that has a fandom but I'm not fannish about? Should it be a scene that resonated with me personally, has a specific memory attached or has cultural significance? Should it be something funny, something sad, romantic, powerful, etc, etc, etc...

Eventually I decided I needed a laugh and settled on:

I love QI, and it's a shame that it's not available in the States, but for a few episodes of a few series.

QI absolutely should be more easily available in the US, it is such a shame it's not!
