I worked 11 hours straight today.  Usually my work day is only 7.  *ugh* is about all I can manage about now. 

Remember the bomb threat at where I work?  Apparently a 11 and 10 year old were left alone (it's spring break here) and spent the day calling places to report bomb threats and whatnot.  We were the 7th place they called.  The police had already been informed of who was doing it and were tracking down their parents.  They've been charged with a bunch of stuff and will probably wind up with community service.

Anyway.. onto the icon meme:

Your Michael Weatherley/DiNozzo icon- I've loved MW in Dark Angel and NCIS for ages and now that I've moved from reading NCIS to writing it I figured it was time to get an icon of him.  This one is by chatona.  I like it because he looks like he's pondering or dreaming about something.

Fraser salute- I've never really gotten into the DS fandom, but travels_in_time kept complaining about the lack of Jack/Fraser fic out there and I got sucked into writing some (and had a blast doing so) so it was only appropriate I get an icon or two of our favorite Mountie.  This one is *very* Benton, he's a "Yes Ma'am" kind of guy, saluting when the situation calls for it.  It's by lordessrenegade

Does this icon make me look canon - this one's just cute and silly and I added after a discussion about crazy batshippers and their interesting interpretations of canon.  It's by odette_river

Barrowman butt- the_dark_side made this from a post of mine, apparently she has a roommate who does not see the appeal of John Barrowman, and would *not* be impressed if she were to manage to get her hands on a copy of the deleted defrabicatior scene.  I was a little shocked and slightly horrified by that.

santathulu- I created this one from a stock photo I found online.  No real explanation I can come up with it other than- be warned- Santathulu is keeping his eye you...


and also commented she wouldn't have predicted that the only Torchwood character you have icons of, other than Jack, is Owen.

hmm- that's true, but unplanned.  I have a vague goal of eventually only using icons I made, were made for me or inspired by me but somehow I wound up with two of Owen (one of which was made for me, the other was just incredible so I snagged- both by mad_jaks though)

Unrelenting tide of cats- this is my absolute favorites of all my icons, and the most special.  It was the very first icon anyone ever made for me, the wonderiffic rustydog, long before we even got to know one another.  *hugs her to pieces*



the gifted and talented one- this one just cracks me up- it's another by jillicons that's just perfect for the geek in me.

ah yes- it would. A lot of us have an inner geek, just awaiting the perfect moment to emerge!
