Yeah, I couldn't get enough of the first season of Lost, but then I gave up after a couple episodes of S2. Heroes isn't horrible this season, but it's certainly not up to the first season, and they only showed, like, half a season. I really don't like when they just don't give a show a chance and just end it after a few episodes.
There's probably 10 or so shows in the past few years that I loved and they died before or right after Nov sweeps. *sigh*
the thing that also confuses me with TV these days is the way something will air for 8 weeks or so and then disappear for 10 weeks, then air for a month, disappear again and then come back for the finale. I never remember to watch it when its jerked around like that
Nov, Feb and May- it's great because there will be new episodes, but bad because it's all about the explosions and twists and random crap. Of course, assuming your show airs and isn't replaced by specials or whatnot
Sometimes I think it's just ignorance on their part. That they honestly forgot they said it took 24 hours for the TARDIS to refuel and that's why it only takes 20 seconds now
