97's bloody damn high. It's insane. The problem was it's been driven up by so many people wanting to do law.
... You got to do Philosophy in high school? *cries* It's not even a subject at any high school here...
no subject
That makes sense - the same happens when too many people want to study law in Germany, too, but lately, everyone seems to want to do business, so law is safe for now *nods*
Yeah. Last three years of high school (well, last two for me since I was in Ireland for the first of those three years *nods*) *beams*
... But as far as I know, the final exams I just did are about the same standard as those in American universities just before you have to declare your major. And we start university immediately with one subject only and that is our major, so to speak. 'm a bit fuzzy on the details of the American educational system, but that's what my aunt who lives and studied in the US said *nods*

I have no idea about the American system. Here though we do a course.. say law or arts... and we've 4 subjects we have to do a semester or so. so that's 8 subjects through the whole year.
So in arts first year you can do anything that's connected to arts. Which is a lot. (I'm doing 2 psychology classes, 2 philosophy, 2 politics and 2 classical history).
You start majoring in 2nd year. Majoring requires to do a certain amount from that particular area. So I'm going to major in psych so I have to do 2 psychology units next year. The rest are referred to as electives and you can do almost anything. It's very awesome.
Law, being a far less diverse course, you have to do a few core classes and everything else is electives that are in the law subject.
Wow that was a long explanation. Did that make sense?

And then there's open lectures that you can just attend whenever you want to, which I plan to do with philosophy, but I think law's going to be one hell of a workload in itself already, so... *shrugs*

Technically you can attend any lecture here, cause nobody takes rolecall or notices if you aren't supposed to be there. Which is fun cause I ended up going to a few English lectures with one of my friends who is in the class...

Yay! :D

And I think we may finally have run out of a direction for the topic here...

And it didn't even lead back to Tony. So shall we stop spamming

No leading back to Tony - aww - well I may as well do it for us...
