what is it? cotton? cement? sand? ...?
All the white is hail. A massive hail storm just swept through.
Wow that's cool (literally and whatevertheoppositeofliterallyis)
I is excited, going to the snow for the very first time soon :D

Snow can be a lot of fun, when it's not ridiculously cool too.
Where are you going?
Where are you going?
you are just suffering from lackadonutitis. *passes donuts over*
Just up to the mountains about three hours drive from here.
Nothing really amazing, but there will be snow (and therefore snowball fights :D) and I'm so excited.
Living down under, there are few places cold enough to get snow, but our slopes got a few centimetres a fortnight before the season stared this year, so it's most exciting!!!
:D

oh YAY have fun! snowball fights can be a blast. Just remember to have hot chocolate after!
Thank you! Since it's a virtual donut; I'll have my favorite: Chocolate covered-custard filled. yellow custard. Dunkin' Donuts not Krispy Kreme.
Would you please friend me? I know that's wrong but I had to ask.

sure, I tend to forget

Wow, that's some serious hail, there!
it scared the cat completely. I've never seen him move so fast in his life
LOL! Oh, wait, cat, I'm not laughing at you, really...
He was in the window (oooh, favorite drugged out bliss of sitting on the windowsill with his big fat butt pressed up against the open window but looking in the house and down at the small minded pathetic folks who reside in the house) when KerBAM! The sky just opened up and hail poured down.
I think he might have broken the sound barrier in his haste to flee for the safety of under-the-bed land

I can picture that all too clearly. They do like those high vantage points they can survey their kingdom from, don't they? And under-the-bed land is the haven of cats.
"kingdom" yep that's the perfect word for it. It's all theirs. All of it. If we're lucky, they'll let us reside in it. If they have to.
Well, you know, somebody's got to be able to work the can opener.
and skritch that place under the chin
Yes! And ruffle their ears just right.
earning that blissful look they'll give you after a prefect skritch and ruffle session is almost worth being under their rule. almost
True! Our feline overlords.
I can think of worse ones. At least they are easily bribeable
They are! And they purr, which can't be said for overlords of other species.
purring is key. It almost makes up for the needling pain when they are kneading your leg
Wow, hail. We've been dealing with thunderstorms up here. As someone who hates thunderstorms, I might take your hail. Though it's really the loud noise that bothers me, so perhaps it would not be any better. The Scotties are not fond of them either. Shilling was curled up between my parents in their bed, the other night, just like a sick child sometimes does when they go to their parents' room. Puzzle just looks affronted that anyone would dare to thunderstorm when she is trying to rest.
