Just up to the mountains about three hours drive from here.

Nothing really amazing, but there will be snow (and therefore snowball fights :D) and I'm so excited.

Living down under, there are few places cold enough to get snow, but our slopes got a few centimetres a fortnight before the season stared this year, so it's most exciting!!!

Wow, hail. We've been dealing with thunderstorms up here. As someone who hates thunderstorms, I might take your hail. Though it's really the loud noise that bothers me, so perhaps it would not be any better. The Scotties are not fond of them either. Shilling was curled up between my parents in their bed, the other night, just like a sick child sometimes does when they go to their parents' room. Puzzle just looks affronted that anyone would dare to thunderstorm when she is trying to rest.

Oh poor doggies! You probably don't want this weather though. The hail stopped and it was fine weather for about an hour and then massive thunderstorms (with tornado warnings) swept though.

Eww, doesn't sound like weather I'd be pleased about. I have a total irrational fear of thunderstorms. Thankfully, we very rarely have extreme weather where I am. I couldn't imagine dodging tornadoes or something like that. But I suppose it's all what you're used to. My friend on the internet was like 'oh, brb, tornado sirens' and I was all 'why are you not more upset about this?'. And it turns around where some cities in the States just completely shut down at the first sign of snow and I'm always like 'dude, it's just snow. In Canada, we call this "Tuesday"'.

In any case, I wish you and your cat sunny days. :-)

No hail here today, but after a hot and sunny day yesterday, it's now raining. So much for me mowing the grass on the back garden.

Hail in May/June is something that we get over here, I though you had more predictable weather over in the US. Obviously not.

Nice pictures! I think we got hail at about 4am Saturday morning. Started with the little spikey stuff, then just poured and thundered so bad the slate roof was vibrating. Doggies were not happy.

Glad you are okay. Nasty ass weather we've been having. Need donuts and coffee and stay inside.

Wow! That is a lot of hail! And that's a cool picture. I hope you didn't have any damage. (It looks small, so perhaps not?) We've had Hail Damage Centers popping up all over the state this spring because of the storms. My parents are getting a new roof out of it.

nope no damage thankfully- our car was in the garage and the hail wasn't large enough to damage the roof
