Yep (http://dsc.discovery.com/fansites/mythbusters/mythbusters.html). The idea behind it is a group of people try to prove or disprove myths- like does putting metal in the microwave cause an explosion or if you can destroy a car engine by putting sugar in the gas tank.

Never seen Mythbusters? You do surprise me - though their basic premises are sometimes a little askew. Remember the Millenium Bridge fiasco? The Tate Gallery link-y one - that swayed in time to people walking across it?? The myth busters had already proved that wasn't possible *G*
They do have a lot of fun with ballistic(s) gel and bullets though :D
