Meme

Meme, shamelessly stolen from everyone...

What would you say are the trademarks of my writing? What themes or quirks or turns of phrase have you noticed? What is it that makes a story by me -- well, a story by me?

The first thing that comes to mind is humor. I wonder why? *g* But when I thought about your Halloween fic (don't worry, I won't spoil the plot for anybody) what came to mind was how well you handled all those characters. It's a juggling act, and you didn't drop a ball that I saw. Also, since I have trouble with transition and movement, I'm very impressed with how you handled those, too.

I'm finding it facinating that so many of you said humor. I know I've written some funny stuff, but there's an equally huge chunk that's dark and angsty.

Also, humorously, I was about to post to [livejournal.com profile] fandom_me's 'hard to write' meme that writing for several characters at once freaks me out. hmmm. go figure. *g*

*blushes* Thanks, although, if you noticed, I cheated as often as possible by keeping only one or two characters with Jack while sending the rest away where I didn't have to deal with them for a bit.

They do that on the show, too, so I think that's fine. Heh--the pros can't figure out what to do with them all, either.

Good point! That makes me feel so much better!
