Wow, gorgeous! And hee at the cat. Sid does not drink out of the bathroom sink, no. Of course not.
Of course not! :)
They have two cats. One will *only* drink out of master bath sink (which can not be left on but has to be turned on for him) and the other will only drink from guest room bathtub. He doesn't mind if it's left on all day but god forbid he goes in and you don't immediately appear to turn on the water!

Bwah! At least Sid only jumps up on the sink when I'm already there. If he thought he could convince me to follow him around and turn on faucets for him though, he would
Sid obviously knows that while he considers himself boss, you have control over the food bowl and messing with the person in charge of that is bad news.
Yes! There's a limit to how much he's willing to push the person with opposable thumbs. *g*
however- if he figures out how to get cat food delivered you better LOOK OUT!
better keep an eye on those credit card charges- just in case. you never know what cats can get themselves into late at night when everyone else is asleep
That is good advice. He's usually sprawled in my lap when I'm on the laptop--I'm sure he knows all my passwords.
*nods* absolutely. And does he ever accidentally hit a key or two? He's practicing his typing!
Oh my, what a gorgeous place! That's some consolation. Nice pictures!
And I'm impressed you got the kitty with her tongue out, it's not blurry or anything. Cute. :)

I took three shots trying to get the tongue out. I have an SLR, it's a great camera. Big, but excellent for clear shots
Heh. My cat does that too. Actually, he'll occasionally drink out of other containers - the water I draw for watering plants, the cold water I put out to soak my feet in hot weather. But never, ever, his water bowl. Sometimes I'm afraid he doesn't drink until I come home and turn the bathroom tap on for him.
Cats are weird that way. He'd probably drink from his bowl if he absolutely had to, but *boy* would he complain about it!
See, the fact you can't get a picture of a sunset around here makes it all the more awesome when you do finally see one.
Wow, that's one gorgeous view!
I'd forgotten bathtub drinking cats! Minstrel used to perch on the edge of the basin and lean in to drink, but then we got a new basin and it's got much narrower edges so he can't do it anymore. :-(

Oh, yes, he does. I'm not sure it's an accident, though...
Plant-watering water is fair game here, too. But Sid does drink out of his water bowl, mostly.
it's lovely- with great weather too- never even into the 80s and no humidity.
I was beginning to think they were mythical and didn't exist out there
Minstrel has probably never quite forgiven you for that! :)
It's a good thing he's so rumblely and purry... and that you still hide your credit card numbers
SO TRUE. Getting the credit card out of the wallet is a little beyond him. So far.
I dunno- have you ever caught him randomly lying on papers that have no reason being where they are (like in the middle of the room?) Maybe he's copied the numbers down and has hid them from you!
