As a side note, I should probably admit right off that my answer to 'why I friended you' will be the same to everyone- I never friend anyone until they've friended me.   I'm far too shy (yes, really) to randomly friend people.

when the job's going well it's my drug of choice. And I just noticed part of comment got ate so it doesn't make sense. Stupid LJ (I think it was something to do with getting on well with patients).

LJ can be really annoying that way. I know what you mean though
