He stands in front of yet another body.  The rain beats down hard upon the empty shell.  Be they lover, friend, teammate, or even enemy, eventually they are gone.  They all die and leave him, the good, the bad and the indifferent alike.  They may be someone who has lived out their dream, or someone who has never had a chance to dream at all.  To him they are just flashes of light, the spark of their life gone in the blink of an eye.

Death comes for them.  Death always comes for everyone.  Except for him.  Never for him.

I'm still playing around with the journal options, I can't believe someone gifted me this! (all teary eyed about it) keep the tissues but also stay away from beverages, there's a lot of crack too
