Jack, you won't flirt with Susan Ivanova, but you will with G'Kar? What is wrong with you?

Anyone here know B5 well enough to be able to beta a short scene between our illustrious flirt and the Narn Ambassador?

G'Kar is *such* a slut. ;-) He and Jack are made for each other. ;-)

Early G'Kar, at least. *sigh* What a terrific character.

but later he's deep and interesting... Less devious and all, but very interesting

I *loved* the G'Kar/Molari arc. They were simply *incredible*.

those two were tied together, weren't they? From the beginning when Mollari's a washed up, second rate diplomat and G'Kar's a untrustworthy smile to G'kar practically being a religious figure and hating the popularity while Mollari's gotten everything he thought he wanted but none of it mattered anymore.

I only have extremely vague memories of Ghost Light, from Sylvester McCoy's run...but didn't it feature two characters who were tied together on opposite ends of the evolutionary spectrum? When one was "up", the other was "down"?

G'Kar and Londo always reminded me of them. In a weird sort of way.

I don't remember it all that well, but yes- there was Light and Control and the agent that mutinied against Light...

And Vir, I would hope, learned from them both.

I would think so, his "Avrahami Linconi" bit (where he rescued Narns) shows that. and his friendship with Lennier probably helped too

I *loved* their bar meetups. :-) That was a riot!

And yeah, I see Vir becoming the most revered Emperor in Centari history. Possibly even bringing back the Republic... or at least laying the ground work.

*sigh*

I really need to get these on DVD.

oh man, S5 with Lockley would be painful that way.

Oh, Arthur was wonderful!

And yeah, Lockley would be painful, but then she was painful at the time.

Not as bad as Tamlyn Tomita's character though. *shudders* B5's first second in command (in the pilot)

I didn't mind her too much, but then she was only there keeping Ivanova's seat warm. ;-)

good point. thank god she was only in the pilot though and we got Ivanova. Otherwise, it might be a different story

I love how snarky she can get. Like with the episode with the ribbons aliens (Drazi?) were wearing to designate an allegiance? And she just snags the leader one and then dyes it so they'll stop fighting?

YES! That was perfect! Such a down to Earth pragmatist.

not to mention her famous/infamous 'sex' scene

Every time I think of her, *that* scene is the first thing that pops into my head. :-)

But of course. :-) As it should be. As *all* things Ivanova should be. :-)
