mad_jaks and I recently were discussing fic titles and how sometimes two totally different stories in two totally different fandoms wind up with the same title, so she came up with a meme idea:
Give me a title and I shall write a snippet for it in several different fandoms of my choosing.
Abby walked into Interrogation Room #1 with a determined look. She made a show of snapping the latex gloves over her hands, covering the rings on her fingers. Then she clapped her hands together before stepping up to the man watching her from the table.
"You're my first!" she said with glee.
The man who had faced powerful demons and a hell god trembled with fear at the sight of the Goth forensic tech walking toward him.
"Meet me in the basement tonight and I'll show you. Now go rescue our only witness. Don't want the kid dying before we get all the details about our eviscerated petty officer."
Damn. Now I'm going to commit fic tonight and write Five Interrogations and One Observation or something like that.... but, not having internet at home means I need something to do.
Sorry you still don't have internet at home (but the power's back, right?) but hopefully it'll give you some time to write! And I LOVE the title/topic!
I have a feeling Comcast will be gone for awhile... *sigh*
But electricity is AWESOME, so I'm not really complaining about internet / cable tv lacking.
The roomie got us an HD antenna for the TV in the living room last night. We can now watch NBC in HD, a whole slew of KET stations, very static-y CBS (I have to improve this by Tuesday for NCIS), and a halfway decent CW (but first I need to catch up on 2 Supernatural eps before the next one). Oh, and a static-y Fox and a local station that airs reruns of things like Friends called MY 49.

"Think we should go rescue him, Boss?"
"Nah. It's just getting good."
"Never knew Abby could be that..."
"That what DiNozzo?"
"That scary. It's actually kinda hot, Boss."
"Guess Abby was right about you, DiNozzo."
"Right about what?"

"On it Boss."
