I just gave the cat a small piece of chicken. He accidentally dropped it on his tail.

He saw where it landed and started going in a circle to get it.

And circled and circled and circled....

I should feel bad at laughing. Really.

Don't feel bad~! I'm snickering at just the image of it. XDD

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 06:07 pm (UTC)(link)
He kept going around and around and around... Eventually I had to stop him and grab the chicken off his tail for him. *snickers*

[identity profile] manaie.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 06:10 pm (UTC)(link)
Ahaha really? I'm thinking I would've left it there to see how long it took.... you're a far better person.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 06:12 pm (UTC)(link)
I didn't want him to get dizzy and throw up or take off and accidentally drop the chicken somewhere and never find it

Never laugh at your cat.

They're pointy in five places and the *only* time they don't have a two second memory is when it comes to holding grudges. :-)

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 06:13 pm (UTC)(link)
*laughs* good point. Far too many pointy ends. I did give him a LOT of chicken so I think I'm good for the moment.

Okay, he might forgive you in that case. :-)

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 06:17 pm (UTC)(link)
Hopefully. He's still sitting here begging though, even though the food is LONG gone.

::laughing and laughing and laughing::

Oh my. That's just too funny!

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 06:14 pm (UTC)(link)
Is that your kitty in the icon? My poor fuzzbutt. So many people laughing at him...

[identity profile] thaddeusfavour.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 06:55 pm (UTC)(link)
No. One of my friends. But, mine are frequently funny as well.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 07:00 pm (UTC)(link)
He's cute! How many cats do you have?

[identity profile] stackcats.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 06:17 pm (UTC)(link)
XD
Humanity will still be laughing at cats long after we're bored with television and the internet.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-04-15 06:18 pm (UTC)(link)
Very very true. Just rarely to their faces.

[identity profile] rustydog.livejournal.com 2009-04-16 03:57 am (UTC)(link)
Aw, silly Fuzzbutt!

As well as cats can smell some things, it always surprises me how bad they are at sniffing out scraps on the floor. I guess I'm used to dogs hoovering up stuff in half a second.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-04-16 03:59 am (UTC)(link)
Sometimes he can find stuff on the floor is 0.2 seconds. Othertimes he's comepletely hopeless. He was very helpful when I was chopping stuff up the other day and a whole bunch of diced chicken fell.

[identity profile] chatona.livejournal.com 2009-04-16 10:55 am (UTC)(link)
*giggles*

Oh, wow. That is awesome.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-04-16 03:23 pm (UTC)(link)
when Fuzzbutt finally ate the chicken (I broke down and pulled it off his tail eventually and gave it to him) he thought it was awesome.

I thought the whole thing was hysterical

[identity profile] chatona.livejournal.com 2009-04-16 03:24 pm (UTC)(link)
IT IS!

Hysterical, that is.

Aww, bless him.

*Sniggers softly*

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-04-16 03:29 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh sure, Lacey tries that innocent look. I don't buy it

[identity profile] nakeisha.livejournal.com 2009-04-16 03:52 pm (UTC)(link)
*Smiles*

She does it extremely well . . . The look, that is.

[identity profile] the-dark-side.livejournal.com 2009-04-17 10:15 am (UTC)(link)
The mental image is just priceless.

[identity profile] donutsweeper.livejournal.com 2009-04-17 02:58 pm (UTC)(link)
The fuzzbutt was not amused. But we all were.

[identity profile] the-dark-side.livejournal.com 2009-04-18 06:52 am (UTC)(link)
So worth the vengeance that will eventually come.
