Author's Note: Fourth in the powdered sugar crack!fic series

Owen carefully collected samples.  He gathered together every scrap, every crumb, every surviving powdered sugar and donut molecule he could get his hands on.  He was going to find out why those damned alien donuts were aphrodisiacs. 

Just to satisfy his own curiosity, of course.

He ran every test he could think of, using every piece of equipment in the lab, and many he’d snitched out of the archives when Ianto wasn’t looking. 

And found nothing.

They were donuts. Just donuts.  And the powdered sugar was...sucrose, nothing that he couldn’t pick up at the local shop.

He was... confused.

Oh, lovely - that's just what you'd expect him to do! I love the fact he didn't find anything. But then, even he only has limited instruments to study them with - maybe he just hasn't got the right kind of alien ones... *g*
