I had a [livejournal.com profile] cliche_bingo card now, with the first story semi-finished and sent to beta, but I was a little disappointed in my card overall; sad as it is to say, I've written a good majority of them already.

I'm not necessarily looking to write more drabbles - I've challenged myself to do every tw100 one this year, but beyond that I don't mind doing other lengths. I just haven't had much time to branch out lately. I'm taking a look at gen_drabble though, because if I get serious about trying to force myself out of my Torchwood comfort zone, it could help. I've been doing one of the prompt tables from a community you recommended, and that's allowing me to try other things when I remember to!

Ah, I understand completely. Glad the prompt table thing is being helpful. Myself, I've been finding it hard to quit flittering around long enough to focus and WRITE lately

Well, you had to focus A LOT for your big bang. Maybe your brain is trying to take a break. :)

I feel like I'm in a period of grace, sort of, since my schedule is so crazy I don't even expect myself to be able to focus. If I do manage it briefly, it's bonus.
