And all morning researching what weapons they'd have access to and which would work best for their line of work

And all that before doing anything like, oh, figuring out a plot. Or reason for it to be set then. Or anything useful like that.

A friend has a statue JUST like that that she has to pass on her way to work every day. She said it took her weeks to be able to do so without shivering again. *g*
