NCIS Question

Tim said- When I was a kid on base... Since when was did he have a military background?

Ah, thanks. I didn't remember that. It doesn't fit at all with what I thought of McGee's background (from when Sarah was introduced)

Nope. That plus the fact that he knew so little about military life when he first started. Then there's the whole thing about him being a Super!Scout when he *twice* stumbled into poison ivy horrifically.

Yeah... canon compliance and NCIS don't really go hand in hand, does it?

The poison ivy thing bugged me QUITE a bit.
