Change Password Message?

Anyone else getting this after they post an entry?

Also, the server has a message for you:
Your password cannot contain symbols such as @,_, (),etc. Your password is too easy to guess. It's recommended that you change it, otherwise you risk having your journal hijacked. I've gotten it a bunch of times. Funny how after 5 1/2 years they've decided my password is no good!

Oh good, it's not just me then.

I went to look to see what it considers a strong password and I actually already had that- numbers, a symbol, random capitalization... And I was confused. I guess it's just some oddness that's going on from LJ or something.
