Change Password Message?

Anyone else getting this after they post an entry?

Also, the server has a message for you:
Your password cannot contain symbols such as @,_, (),etc. Your password is too easy to guess. It's recommended that you change it, otherwise you risk having your journal hijacked. yeah, I do that too - I just capitalised 1 letter to make them happy.

I capitalize 2 actually, capitalization in random place is a trick an IT guy taught me way back. (Actually he also suggested you follow Tom Lehrer's advice and how he sings about his friend Hen3ry, the three being silent)
