Pairing/Warning/Rating:
none, rated G
Word Count: 100
Summary: Jack explains 'Jack's Law' to Owen
Author's Note: Written for [community profile] tw100 's

“Owen, what did you do?”

“Nothing!”

“Owen!”

“Honest Jack, all I did was flick the lever.”

“Then why did the coffee machine burst into flames?”

“Well, you know, Murphy’s Law and all that...”

“Murphy’s Law?”

“Anything that can go wrong, will go wrong at the worst possible moment.”

“I’m more of a believer in Jack’s Law.”

“What’s Jack’s Law?”

“No one will ever be stupid enough to expect Jack to go without his morning coffee for fear of what he might do.”

“Ummm, Jack?”

“Yes, Owen?”

“How about I go pick you up some coffee?”

“That’s an excellent idea, Owen.”

I have two cups of proper tea in the morning. And another later on if I'm particularly tired. Because I do need a bit. But I really do prefer the taste of the Red Bush stuff!

Well, except I have it with milk. I like my milk. I have Red Bush tea with milk too, though most people don't.
